This is when our expertly trained technicians not only perform a comprehensive, step-by-step vehicle inspection, but replace certain key parts with Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts. By taking the time to get things right, and using the right parts to get the job done, Service A* can help ensure that the Mercedes-Benz you drive performs at the same high level you've come to expect.

Service A* for vehicles Model Year 2009 and newer includes:

• Service at 10,000 miles or 1 year
• Synthetic motor oil replacement
• Oil filter replacement
• All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle's year and model
• Tire inflation check and correction (rotation if applicable)
  
• Brake component inspection
• Reset maintenance counter

Mercedes-Benz Service B*

The B Service first visit is at approximately 20,000 miles or 1 year after the previous service. The exact time is determined by the vehicle's Flexible Service System. 

Then it is typically every 20,000 miles or 2 years (approximately). This is for model year 2009 and newer. Please see service advisor for all 2015 Mercedes Benz A/B service specifics.
